Experience all the benefits of first-class travel when you journey through our world of home improvement.

Why Buy with Passport Homes?

We want your journey buying or selling a home to be a first class experience -- fun all the way, and totally free of stress. As we navigate you through the process you'll appreciate a combination of market smarts, patience and attentive listening skills. Obstacles are common in real estate transactions and we take pride in working hard to find solutions when many agents are ready to give-up. Buying or selling a home is often part of a greater life transition and one that truly requires the knowledge, experience and understanding of an agent who has your goals in mind.

What some of our clients have to say. . .

"You are a true "rarity".  To find a business man who has a heart and really does care about others, even if it means very little commission for you, and yet you treated me as if I was buying a million dollar home.  Your company will thrive for many, many years because of the genuine person that you are!  Your mother raised not only a good son, but one who shows compassion, listens, follows thru, and is just WONDERFUL in so many ways!"

- Pattie Krangle

"Man are you resourceful!!  I too believe in the Universe assisting us :)  Yes, it all makes sense.  Thank you again!!"

- Jan Hagan

"I really appreciate all of your help and I don't think I would have made it this far without you."

- Lenny Rajunov

Financing Options

Whether you're buying a new home or looking to re-finance and existing property you'll want a lender that's trustworthy, able to provide low rates (with minimal fees) and is capable of getting you to the finish line on-time and within budget. Sounds simple, but it's actually taken years for us to identify the best lenders in Denver. Our lending partners regard your financial information with confidentiality and they'll work hard to make sure your experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Let's start by looking at your goals and what you'd like to accomplish -- then we'll refer a lender who can custom fit a mortgage to suit your specific needs. Please ask us about special financing options that are available for the following types of clients:

- Jumbo loans

- Construction to perm financing

- First time buyers who desire a down payment as low as $1,000

- Special mortgages that completely omit expensive monthly mortgage insurance (MIP).

- 203K Home re-hab loans that allow you to bundle a remodel project into your home mortgage

- Condo purchasers who may be looking for properties that don't meet conventional lending standards for warrant-ability

Planning

Getting started

Denver -- what an incredible place to live. . . with four distinct seasons and more than 300 sunny days a year it's no wonder so many people are moving here. Whether you're moving to be close to the mountains, investing in real estate or transferring here for work, your best asset in the home buying process is an agent to safely navigate you the entire process, from start to finish.

Market knowledge

With native roots in Denver we have a deep understanding for the local market. No matter which neighborhood you live in, or wish to live in, we're more than capable of providing outstanding service. Gone are the days of low-ball offers and bank-owned foreclosures. In today's real estate market you've got to be ready for action -- shortages of homes for sale and competing offer scenarios seem to the norm these days. The Denver Business Journal sited 2013 home inventory at the their lowest level in 28 years. Another sign that our local market is growing ahead of national averages, the Denver Post sited foreclosures down 41% in just the first quarter of 2013.

Enjoying the journey

Our work is really about relationships, not buildings. We'll be there for you through every question and detail, and we won't stop working for you until we've found a home that truly speaks to you.

A system for success

We've developed and refined a system that will move you smoothly  through the process from search, to writing an offer, working through the purchase contract and ultimately onto ownership. Buying a home can be a very personal experience so take your time and select an agent that  really understands your needs -- it'll make the process fun and rewarding.

When we start working with a new client we begin by asking a few questions to help better understand someone's lifestyle and plans for the future. Whether we're helping a family that wants to relocate into a top school district or working with a single person that wants to be in a neighborhood with great walk-ability, the process is almost the same.

We'll begin the search and start looking at properties. Once we've found the  right home, we'll work with the seller through offers and  counteroffers until we negotiate an acceptable agreement.

Then we'll help you through all the escrow steps -- inspection, appraisal, title and permit issues, surveys and final loan approval -- until closing day  arrives and you move in!
